What you’ll do across the two days

Day One — Thursday, July 23rd

What you’re missing.

The three levels of listening, and how to hear the layer most people talk right past. You’ll run a live paired exercise and get feedback in the room.

Day Two — Friday, July 24th

Reading the assumption.

How words hide the belief driving the person, and the questions that surface it without pushing — the core of what ICF certification assesses. More live practice, more feedback.

You’ll be able to do something on Friday that you couldn’t do on Wednesday:
Read a conversation more accurately and ask a sharper question because of it.

If you find the two-day training useful, you’re invited to attend a live coaching class on Saturday.

This is not a passive webinar.
Come ready to take part, reflect, and practice.

There’s nothing to prepare for.
Bring your curiosity, questions, and a willingness to try something different yet practical.

There are no wrong answers.
You’ll be guided through paired practice with clear guardrails, safely and without pressure. Both sessions include live demonstrations of perceptive listening, acknowledgment, and ethical coaching. You’ll witness the contrast between ordinary listening and trained, perceptive coaching in real time.

The International Coaching Federation is the field’s recognized standard — the credential clients and employers look for. Our program is ICF Level 2–accredited, so the training and practice hours count toward it.

You don’t need to know any of this to join the sessions; it’s simply what the path looks like if you choose it.

One skill, three reasons to learn it.

01

If you want to become a coach.

Listening is the skill the job is built on. The 2-night live training is an introduction to our ICF Level 2–accredited 7-month program that includes training, coaching hours, and business development.

02

If you already coach and want to be sharper.

Most training stops at frameworks. Reading what a client isn’t saying is the edge between a good session and a forgettable one. Trained elsewhere? We can help you build hours and keep your credentials current.

03

If you’re not planning to coach at all.

Managers, therapists, HR leaders, founders — reading the room is a skill that makes you better at the conversations you have every day. Being able to understand the unsaid is a skill that keeps on giving.

We train coaches, therapists, and leaders to integrate depth with discipline, intuition with structure, and presence with professional mastery. In a field split between vague, feel-good workshops and rigid, performative models, we take a rigorous, human-centered approach — grounded in real-time practice, feedback, accountability, and ICF-aligned standards.

Our training goes past technique to change how people listen, sense, and respond, so they can lead real change with confidence, credibility, and integrity.

Our coaches hold a 100% pass rate on ICF PCC exams.

If someone came to mind while you were reading — the friend everyone leans on, the colleague who senses what others miss, the person who’s always felt drawn to deeper work — send them this page. This program could be exactly what they’ve been looking for.
