What's Reading the Room
Most coaches are trained in what to say in a hard conversation. Very few are trained in how they interpret what they’re hearing while the other person is speaking — the assumption behind a complaint, the real question underneath a stated one, the signal in what’s left unsaid.
This is the core capability assessed by the ICF, and it cultivates effective coaching, leadership, and decision-making in any role built on conversation.
We will practice perceptual skills in real-life scenarios, with feedback from ICF-credentialed mentors.
