About This Session
Every solopreneur is running two systems at once: the business itself, and the person building it. Most operating advice addresses only the first system, and most healing work addresses only the second, so the two rarely meet in the same room.
This session brings them together. You will look at the architecture behind your business decisions, where it came from, and what it is quietly costing you. You will also meet a working model for restoring both systems at the same time, the operating structure and the person running it, built from frameworks that draw on ancestral intelligence as much as modern strategy.
The session is grounded in a question worth sitting with before you walk in the door: what did the people who came before us know about running something, holding something, and leading something, that we have since forgotten?

What to Expect
This Experience Offers Space To:
Ninety minutes, delivered live and online, moving through five stages: an ancestral grounding, a diagnostic look at the patterns most solopreneurs inherit without choosing, a restoration framework drawn from eight wisdom lineages, a live demonstration of an integrated support system working on a real challenge from the room, and a closing invitation into three ways to go deeper.
Tools to Take Home: Every participant leaves with two practical resources: a Five Wars Self-Check that helps you identify which pattern is currently running your business, and a Council Map worksheet that shows the eight functions every business needs and who is currently holding each one in yours. Both are designed to be used the same day.
During the session, participants will also be introduced to and leave with a copy of The Treasure Map You Carry Within– a guided resource for the inner work that runs alongside any business build.
Meet Your Host
Kimberly Petschen has spent thirty-five years inside the engine rooms of some of the most recognized organizations in the country. At FOX Corporation, she inherited a technology portfolio where value delivery was neither measured nor managed, and over two years she built the operating infrastructure that changed both: governance systems, delivery cadence, cross-team coordination, and the full framework for tracking whether the work was producing what it promised. At AT&T, she built a large-scale agile practice from the ground up, coaching more than 1,200 people across eight delivery teams. At Disney Parks and NBCUniversal Theme Parks, she managed digital technology programs. Her career has touched more than 40 companies across 12 industries, and 25 solopreneurs in the coaching, healing and wellness space, with more than 4,500 professionals coached.
She holds a PCC credential with the International Coaching Federation, is a Licensed SAFe Trainer across twelve courses, and holds credentials from both the Project Management Institute and Scaled Agile.
Today Kimberly lives and works full time on the road, building Solagility™, the operating system she spent thirty-five years developing the expertise to create: enterprise-grade thinking, rebuilt from the ground up for the solopreneur. Her book, Letters to Leaders, releases in Summer 2026 and explores the hidden wounds that shape how people lead, grounded in ancestral wisdom passed down through her own lineage.
