Coaching Skills

Communication skills to hear beyond words, act on insights, build trust, and lead with impact

3-month course with practice, advisory, community support, and a certificate of completion from an ICF-accredited school

From Our Students, in Their Own Words

what it’s all about

The Skills You'll Acquire

Listen beyond words
Practice three levels of listening: hearing through your own experience, hearing the facts, and hearing what the person means but hasn’t said.

Ask questions that make people think
Learn to ask open or closed questions, how to keep a question neutral instead of leading, and when a probing question or silence works better. The answers come from the other person, so they own them.

Remove blockers
Learn to spot obstacles, name the inner and outer blocks behind them, and recognize the resistance and patterns that keep a person stuck.

Build trust, authority, and confidence
People trust someone who hears them and helps them find their own answer. Over time, that trust earns authority and the confidence to lead the conversation.
