ILCATE Membership
Elevate is ILCATE’s ongoing coaching development membership for coaches who want to become more confident, skillful, ethical, and consistent in their practice.
Through weekly live training, structured practice, real-time observation, mentor feedback, and support from a committed peer community, Elevate gives you a place to keep developing your coaching long after your initial training is complete.
This is not passive learning. This is where coaching is practiced, observed, supported, and refined.
Why Practice Matters
Most coaching programs give you information.
Elevate is designed for application.
Inside Elevate, you are not simply collecting content or watching lessons. You are stepping into a structured development environment where you can observe real coaching, practice your skills, receive feedback, and stay connected to a high-standard community of coaches who are committed to ongoing growth.
Because coaching skill is not built through theory alone.
It is built through:
Repetition
Reflection
Feedback
Correction
Continued exposure to real coaching conversations
Elevate helps you move from knowing coaching concepts to embodying coaching skill.
Why Elevate Exists
Many coaches complete training or certification and then wonder what comes next.
They may understand the coaching model, but still feel uncertain inside real sessions. They may know the right questions to ask, but struggle to recognize what is actually happening in the conversation.
They may want to grow, but lack a consistent place to practice, receive feedback, and stay connected to peers who are also committed to high-quality coaching.
Elevate was created for that next stage of development.
Sharpen your coaching through regular practice
Strengthen your confidence in real sessions
Deepen your presence and awareness
Continue raising the standard of your work
What You Develop
Clarity does not come from theory alone. It comes from learning to see what is happening inside a coaching conversation. Inside Elevate, you observe how experienced coaches read real-time dynamics, make decisions, hold space, ask powerful questions, and identify what creates movement versus what keeps a client at the surface.
You begin to understand not only what to do in a session, but why. You learn to track the moment, notice the pattern, and respond with greater intention.
Confidence is not built in isolation. It is built through practice, repetition, and feedback. Inside Elevate, you strengthen your confidence by working closer to real coaching conditions. You are exposed to different client challenges, different coaching styles, and different approaches to creating transformation.
Over time, this helps you move from second-guessing yourself to trusting your training, your presence, and your ability to navigate the conversation in front of you. Not because you learned more theory. Because you practiced.
Elevate is more than a membership. It is a professional development environment. You are surrounded by coaches who are actively practicing, receiving feedback, asking stronger questions, and holding themselves to a higher standard.
This kind of community matters. Your growth is strengthened when you are surrounded by peers who are also committed to becoming more skillful, ethical, present, and effective. Inside Elevate, you are supported by community—and challenged by the standard of the space.

Ongoing coaching development provides numerous benefits, including enhanced skill retention, increased confidence, and improved client outcomes. By engaging in continuous practice and receiving regular feedback, coaches can refine their techniques and adapt to new challenges, ensuring they remain effective in their roles.
For instance, coaches who participate in ongoing development sessions often report feeling more prepared for client interactions, leading to better engagement and satisfaction among their clients. This continuous growth not only boosts individual performance but also contributes to a higher standard of coaching within the community.
To get the most out of your Elevate membership, it's essential to actively participate in all available resources, including live sessions, coaching exchanges, and community discussions. Engaging fully allows you to practice your skills in real-time and receive valuable insights from peers and mentors.
Additionally, setting personal goals for each session can help you focus on specific areas of improvement. By tracking your progress and reflecting on your experiences, you can ensure that you are continually evolving as a coach and making the most of the support offered through the Elevate program.
Integrating feedback into your coaching practice is crucial for personal growth and skill enhancement. Constructive criticism from mentors and peers can highlight areas for improvement, allowing you to refine your approach and better serve your clients.
For example, after receiving feedback on a coaching session, a coach might adjust their questioning techniques or improve their active listening skills. This iterative process not only fosters professional development but also enhances the overall coaching experience for clients, leading to more impactful sessions.
The community aspect of the Elevate membership plays a vital role in fostering a supportive environment for coaches. Being part of a network of like-minded individuals encourages accountability, sharing of experiences, and collective learning, which can significantly enhance personal development.
Participating in community discussions and peer coaching exchanges allows members to gain diverse perspectives and insights, enriching their understanding of various coaching styles and techniques. This collaborative approach helps build lasting relationships that contribute to ongoing growth and success in each coach's journey.
