ICF Level 2 Accredited · Professional Coach Training
ILCATE was created for one clear purpose: to develop coaches who can perform with clarity, structure, and ethical precision in real coaching conversations.
Many people understand coaching concepts. Fewer can apply them effectively in real time. ILCATE closes that gap.
This is not passive learning. It is applied skill development through methodology, live practice, direct feedback, and real-world coaching integration.
What We Mean by Intuition
At ILCATE, intuition is not guesswork, assumption, or feeling-based coaching. We define intuition as trained perception: the ability to notice what is happening beneath the surface of a conversation and respond with clarity and responsibility.
At ILCATE, intuition is not treated as a personality trait. It is a professional skill — developed through structured practice, feedback, ethical standards, and real coaching experience.
This includes the ability to:
Read non-verbal signals and behavioral patterns
Detect inconsistencies between language, emotion, and behavior
Recognize what is not being spoken
Interpret the deeper movement of a conversation in real time
Respond without projection, assumption, or overreach
Our Approach
Perception without structure is unreliable.
Raw intuition alone produces inconsistent results. Without a framework, coaches cannot reliably reproduce effective sessions.
Structure without depth is ineffective.
Technical coaching without perceptual awareness keeps sessions at the surface — methodical but not transformational.
ILCATE integrates both.
Our method trains coaches to work with what is actually happening — patterns, contradictions, emotions, signals, and shifts in real time.
Students learn to bring structure without becoming rigid. They learn to bring depth without becoming vague. They learn to intervene with precision rather than relying on scripted questions or personal instinct alone.
Coaching mastery is not defined by how much a coach knows. It is defined by how clearly, ethically, and effectively they can operate when sitting across from a real client.
What ILCATE Develops
ILCATE trains coaches who can think clearly in real time, hold complexity with confidence, and guide coaching conversations toward meaningful movement.

ILCM™
Katya Dmitrieva is a professional coach, educator, and mentor with over 14 years of experience and more than 1,000 clients served.
She founded ILCATE to address a consistent gap in the coaching industry: capable, intuitive, and deeply committed individuals often lacked the structure, feedback, and professional training required to coach at a truly effective level.
Through years of direct client work and coach development, Katya saw that coaching excellence requires more than empathy, insight, or good questions. It requires the ability to perceive accurately, structure responsibly, and make clear coaching decisions in real time. This became the foundation of the Intuitive Life Coaching Method™.
Her method integrates:
Coaching must go beyond conversation. It must produce meaningful, responsible outcomes.
Faculty
ILCATE faculty are practicing coaches trained in the ILCATE methodology. They bring together real coaching experience, structured teaching, and applied feedback to support students in developing professional coaching capability.
Their role is not simply to deliver information. Their role is to develop coaches.
Students are guided by faculty who understand both the methodology and the lived reality of coaching clients through complexity, emotion, resistance, and change.
Students are not only taught coaching principles — they are observed, challenged, refined, and supported as they learn to apply them.

At ILCATE, prospective students can look forward to a unique blend of practical skills and intuitive development in our coaching programs. Each course is designed to foster both the technical capabilities required for effective coaching and the intuitive insights that enhance client interactions. Students will engage in live practice sessions, receive direct feedback, and learn to apply their skills in real-world scenarios.
Our programs emphasize experiential learning, ensuring that graduates not only understand coaching principles but also embody them in their practice. For instance, students will participate in peer coaching sessions that simulate real client interactions, allowing them to refine their skills in a supportive environment. This hands-on approach prepares them for the complexities of actual coaching situations.
Ethical standards are paramount in the field of coaching, and at ILCATE, we prioritize integrity in all our training programs. Our curriculum includes comprehensive training on ethical practices, ensuring that students are well-equipped to navigate the complexities of client relationships while maintaining professional boundaries. Understanding these standards is essential for building trust and credibility as a coach.
We emphasize the significance of ethical coaching by integrating discussions on real-life scenarios and dilemmas that coaches may face. This prepares our students to make informed decisions that align with their values and the expectations of their clients. By instilling a strong ethical foundation, ILCATE graduates emerge as responsible coaches committed to their clients' well-being.
ILCATE takes pride in the achievements of its graduates, many of whom have gone on to establish successful coaching practices that make a meaningful impact in their communities. These success stories highlight the effectiveness of our training programs and the transformative journeys of our students. Through their experiences, they demonstrate how the integration of intuition and structured coaching techniques can lead to profound personal and professional growth.
For example, several graduates have reported significant improvements in their clients' self-awareness and goal achievement, attributing this success to the skills they acquired at ILCATE. By sharing these testimonials, we aim to inspire future students and illustrate the potential outcomes of our coaching programs, reinforcing our commitment to developing effective and ethical coaches.
At ILCATE, we believe that fostering a supportive community is essential for the growth of intuitive coaches. Our academy not only trains individuals but also creates a network of like-minded professionals who can share insights, experiences, and resources. This community aspect enhances the learning experience and encourages collaboration among students and alumni.
We facilitate various events, workshops, and online forums where current students and graduates can connect, share their journeys, and support each other's development. By building this community, ILCATE ensures that coaches have access to ongoing support and mentorship, which is vital for their continuous growth and success in the coaching field.
